Entrepreneur
A Prodigy With a
Mission to Transform Energy
"My conviction is that energy technology requires a radical breakthrough — and I intend to be the one who delivers it."
My name is Noah Kouadri-Khazar. I am 14 years old and I live in Castres, in the Tarn department of France, where I study at Collège Jean Monnet. Despite my young age, I am currently in my second year at the University of Texas in a Technology programme delivered entirely online.
I grew up in a family deeply connected to innovation: my father is an engineer in the automotive sector and my mother is a specialist in new technologies. This environment sparked my interest in science, engineering and entrepreneurship from a very early age — naturally leading me to launch Noah ArCore, my quantum propulsion engine project.
I discovered the SCAIRA programme through LinkedIn. What immediately caught my attention was its focus on deep-tech and disruptive innovation. I saw in SCAIRA the ideal environment to structure my project, access specialised mentoring, and connect with a network of investors and innovators across Europe.
A Family of Complementary Visionaries
Noah ArCore is built by a family team — three siblings who together combine deep-tech, artificial intelligence, and design, united by a shared vision of a cleaner and more efficient energy future.
Noah Kouadri-Khazar
Overall vision, technical direction, and strategic development of the quantum propulsion engine. Currently in Year 2 at the University of Texas (online).
Adam Kouadri
Artificial Intelligence specialist and recognised Young Leader. Oversees AI integration and data modelling, contributing advanced machine learning approaches to optimise the propulsion system.
Sarah Kouadri
Designer and environmental activist. Leads visual identity, UX design, and ensures the project maintains strong alignment with ecological and sustainability values — a central pillar of Noah ArCore's mission.
Milestones That Define the Path
Enrolled at University of Texas (Online)
Started a Technology programme at UT Texas entirely online, concurrent with Collège Jean Monnet in Castres, France.

Noah ArCore selected in the third call of the SCAIRA European acceleration programme, gaining access to mentoring, investors, and the European deep-tech ecosystem.
MVP → Industrial Prototype
Working to refine the prototype from proof-of-concept to a robust, verifiable system. Target: granted patent, active industrial research collaborations, first operational industrial prototype.
A Quantum Propulsion
Engine That Could
Redefine Energy
Noah ArCore is an industrial deep-tech project focused on the development of a quantum propulsion engine — a disruptive energy technology with the potential to revolutionise the way we generate and use energy.
The problem we aim to address is fundamental: current energy technologies are polluting, inefficient, or dependent on limited resources. Noah ArCore proposes a breakthrough approach: harnessing quantum-level phenomena to create a propulsion and energy generation system that is radically more efficient and sustainable.
The project combines three disciplines: quantum propulsion engineering (led by Noah), AI-based modelling (led by Adam Kouadri), and ecodesign (led by Sarah Kouadri) — within a coherent industrial vision.
"A recognised deep-tech start-up with a granted patent, active industrial research collaborations, and a first operational industrial prototype — making a concrete contribution to the global energy transition."

A Young Voice That
Challenges Assumptions
At just 14 years old, Noah Kouadri-Khazar brings something rare to any stage: the audacity to believe that what hasn't been built yet is not impossible — it simply hasn't found the right mind yet.
His talks draw on lived experience as a student, entrepreneur, and deep-tech innovator — making complex ideas in quantum physics, clean energy, and entrepreneurship accessible, urgent, and inspiring for audiences of all backgrounds.
Noah speaks authentically in English and French, connecting with audiences across Europe and beyond with the credibility of someone who is not just theorising — but actually doing the work.

Book Noah to SpeakA Future Powered by Quantum Energy
Noah Kouadri-Khazar believes that the most urgent work of our generation is to break free from the energy systems that are suffocating our planet — not by optimising them, but by replacing them with something fundamentally better.
His vision is anchored in the belief that quantum physics is not merely a field of academic study — it is the next industrial revolution waiting to be unlocked. And he intends to be one of the people who unlocks it.
Commitments That Guide Everything
Think in Breakthroughs, Not Improvements
Incremental progress has its place — but energy transformation requires a different order of thinking. Noah commits to pursuing solutions that change the game entirely, not just move it forward slightly.
Build with Integrity from Day One
Intellectual honesty, transparent methodology, and rigorous IP protection are not bureaucratic obligations — they are the foundation of every credible scientific venture.
The Planet is the Real Stakeholder
Every design decision, partnership, and technical trade-off in Noah ArCore is evaluated against a single non-negotiable criterion: is it sustainable? Ecology is not a constraint — it is the brief.
From Proof-of-Concept
to Global Impact
Noah envisions Noah ArCore — within a few years — as a recognised deep-tech start-up with a granted patent, active industrial research collaborations, and a first operational industrial prototype making a concrete contribution to the global energy transition.
The path is clear: complete the SCAIRA acceleration programme, secure patent protection, attract strategic investment and research partnerships, and advance the prototype to a stage where independent scientific validation is possible.
The mission beyond that is even simpler to state, if harder to achieve: prove that quantum propulsion can replace fossil and nuclear energy in applications where it matters most.
The Principles Behind
the Innovation
At 14, Noah already thinks with the clarity of someone who has decided what kind of scientist, entrepreneur, and human being he wants to be. These are the principles that guide him.
Every expert in a field carries accumulated assumptions. Starting young means starting without the mental barriers that come from "knowing" how things work. The most radical breakthroughs in science have often come from people who didn't yet know what was supposed to be impossible.
Running a deep-tech startup while studying at an American university online and attending French middle school requires one thing above all: discipline. Not inspiration. Not talent. Showing up every single day and doing the work — that is what separates vision from results.
Noah ArCore is a family project. That choice was not accidental — it reflects a belief that trust, shared values, and complementary skills are the foundations of any great team. Adam's AI expertise and Sarah's ecological design sensibility don't just add capability — they shape the soul of the project.
Filing the Enveloppe Soleau before making Noah ArCore public was not bureaucratic caution — it was a fundamental lesson in how innovation works. Ideas without protection are gifts to those with more resources. Do the legal groundwork first.
The energy crisis is not a tragedy — it is the most important invitation of our generation to invent something better. Noah approaches every challenge in the lab, the classroom, or the startup ecosystem with the same attitude: this is a problem worth solving, and I am capable of contributing to that solution.
